Jacob Firsel is a tour guide, author and photographer whose work focuses on landscapes and portraiture.

Jacob attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and received a Bachelor's degree in English and Anthropology, and also holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. His book, Go to Galilee: A Guide for Christian Pilgrims is available here.  

Jacob works primarily in film and most of the photos on this site were photographed in that medium.
